AN ACT CONCERNING APPEALS OF DECISIONS BY LOCAL TREE WARDENS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 23-59 of the general statutes be amended to allow the governing body of a municipality to establish a board for the purpose of hearing appeals of decisions by tree wardens.

Statement of Purpose:

To authorize municipalities to establish a board to hear appeals of tree wardens' decisions.
